You should only apply this update if Mathcad 11 is installed on your own computer from a Mathcad 11 Enterprise Edition CD. This update is intended for English-language versions of Mathcad 11 only.

If you are using a shared version of Mathcad 11 from a network server, please ask your system administrator to download and install this update; you should instead download the client patch.

This update is recommended for Server-based Shared and Server-based Local network installations of English language versions. It should be downloaded and installed by system administrators only. This file will update both the Server-based Shared client and the Server-based Local client installations of Mathcad 11 Enterprise Edition.

This update should only be applied to your computer, and not the server. It updates English-language versions of Mathcad 11 only. Note: When applying this patch, you should see a dialog stating that your client installation will be reinstalled; this is the proper behavior, and is necessary to update your client installation to full Service Release 1 functionality.

Clicking "OK" will update your client installation. Clicking "Cancel" will not update your client installation; users running a Server-based Shared client will lose access to certain Service Release 1 functionality, such as web repository integration and Web Controls, even if the server installation is updated.
